Windsor Run® is Erickson Senior Living’s first offering in North Carolina. The 60-acre campus is located in Mecklenburg County, just southeast of Charlotte and about 20 miles from the South Carolina border.

Windsor Run expanded in summer 2024 with a second neighborhood. The first buildings feature 188 independent living residences. The community’s first neighborhood now includes new fitness areas with a large group-fitness space and the addition of a tavern style restaurant.
