Completed in 2024, the community's assisted living and memory care offering has expanded to include 109 new units. Construction commenced in the fall of 2022 and new units became available in late 2024.

A new residence building featuring 154 independent living residences opened in the spring of 2021 in Wind Crest’s third neighborhood. A new clubhouse includes additional dining venues, a second pool, a fitness center, and outdoor spaces.
