Continuing Care Building

The community's assisted living and memory care offering is undergoing a 109-unit expansion. Construction commenced in the fall of 2022 and is planned to open in 2024.

Clubhouse and Independent Living Buildings

A new residence building featuring 154 independent living apartment homes opened in the spring of 2021 in Wind Crest’s third neighborhood. A new clubhouse includes additional dining venues, a second pool, a fitness center, and outdoor spaces.

Wind Crest is expanding by 94 residential units. Construction began in early 2023 and the building is planned to open in 2025.
