Emerson Lakes

Plans for a new community are underway in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Upon opening, this will be Erickson Senior Living’s third managed property in Florida. The long-range plan includes approximately 1,200 residences, serving both independent living and continuing care residents.

Clubhouse and Independent Living Buildings 

Construction is underway on the first phase of our newest community. The first phase includes a Clubhouse and three independent living buildings with over 300 residences.
