Plans for a new community are underway in Clarksville, Maryland. Upon opening, this will be Erickson Senior Living’s 24th managed property. The master plan includes approximately 900 residences with independent living units and continuing care units.

Construction commenced in spring 2026 on the first phase of the project, which will deliver 172 residences along with an array of resident-focused amenities.
