The Grandview

Erickson Senior Living is in the preliminary stages of developing a new community, The Grandview®, to be located on 33 acres in North Bethesda on the grounds of the former Marriott International headquarters. 

The proposed community will include up to 1,300 independent living units, 210 assisted living and memory care units, and 50 skilled nursing units with public amenities spaces on ground level.

Independent Living Building

Construction of the first phase commenced in early 2023. This first phase includes 248 independent living units and various amenity spaces and is scheduled to open in late 2025.
