Reposition Plan
Completed in 2025, the community’s repositioning plan spanned more than a decade and represented a multiphase, multimillion dollar investment in the campus. The initiative included the comprehensive renovation of all clubhouse buildings; a complete repositioning of the continuing care neighborhood, including an expansion that added new skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care residences; and the construction of a two-story parking garage. The community is now focused on enhancing outdoor spaces and amenities throughout the campus.
